Registration fees do not include accommodation. It is the responsibility of the conference delegate to book and pay for their own conference accommodation, please refer to the Advice page for accommodation options.

Day Registration is available online and Day Delegate rate is $390 per day. Single day registration includes morning and afternoon tea, lunch and admission to the evening event programmed for that day (if there is one scheduled).

After 21 September 2018 registration is on-site at the conference only.

Registration fees are in Australian dollars and include 10% GST.

Extra Welcome Reception Encore ticket = $90; Extra Conference Dinner Luna Park tickets = $90; Extra Poster Evening Canapés with drinks = $60;

Registration fees are quoted in Australian dollars and include: entrance to all sessions; the evening Welcome Reception on Monday 24 September 2018 at 600pm; lunches, and morning and afternoon teas from Tuesday 25 – Thursday 27 September 2018; Poster Viewing session with drinks and buffet dinner on Tuesday 25 September 2018; and the Conference Dinner at Luna Park on Thursday 27 September 2018. Registration fees do not include accommodation. If you wish to bring accompanying persons to the social and evening events you can purchase additional tickets through your conference registration.

Online registration and payment

We are pleased to offer conference delegates the option of secure online credit card payment through Paypal when registering online for the conference. Payment by direct bank transfer is also an option. All registration must be online, please contact Lisa with any queries: Lisa.Jones1@jcu.edu.au

Accompanying persons

If accompanying persons wish to attend the Conference Dinner at Luna Park on Thursday 27 September 2018, tickets will need to be pre-booked and paid for (AUS$90 each) when registering for the conference. If accompanying persons wish to attend other social events these will also need to be pre-booked and paid for when registering for the conference. Costs are: AUS$90 for the Welcome Reception at Encore on Monday 24 September 2018 and AUS$60 for the canapés with drinks at the Novotel St Kilda on Tuesday 25 September 2018.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation of registration must be notified in writing to the Conference Coordinator, Lisa Jones (lisa.jones1@jcu.edu.au). Cancellation of registration received by 25th June 2018 will receive a 70% refund of the registration fee. Cancellation of registration between 26th June and 23rd July 2018 will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee. Cancellation of registration between 24th July 2018 and 10th September will receive a 30% refund of the registration fee. There will be no refund for cancellation of registration after 10th September 2018 or failure to turn up at the Conference. Payments will be refunded if the conference is cancelled by the organiser. Registrations remain valid if the conference has to be postponed. Refunds will be issued by bank transfer and may take up to a month to process.

Insurance

Registration does not include insurance of any kind. Delegates should arrange their own insurance when booking registration and travel. The Network, Society and Conference organisers will take no responsibility for personal injury, death, loss of property, or damage caused by participants, however caused or arising.
