Research interests
My laboratory focuses on identifying new metabolic pathways and network interactions in a number of important human pathogens (including Leishmania sp Plasmodium falciparum and the prokaryotic pathogens, mycobacteria) with the view of identifying novel drug targets, improving our understanding of basic host parasite interactions and developing new markers for diagnosis.
